Hello cookie, meet ice-cream. Such a simple collaboration, yet from it comes a wonderful result. This is a self-explanatory recipe, all you need are the two components. As for the flavors? That’s one not-so-simple collaboration for you to decide! (In this instance, I used my oatmeal raisin chocolate cookies and white chocolate vanilla bean ice-cream.)
Ingredients
– 2 cookies
– 1 scoop of ice-cream
1. Sandwich a small scoop of ice-cream between the two cookies.
2. Wasn’t that easy? Now go eat!
* Use a softer, chewy cookie. A crunchy cookie will squish the ice-cream out when you try to bite into it.
