Let’s face it, times are tough and most of us are just hoping to make it through on our shrinking budgets. But don’t think for a second just because you are cutting out luxury that you cannot still enjoy the finer things. A little effort can go a long way: tap into your creativity and put together a simple spread, even if only for yourself. My motto? If you can’t afford it, make it. More times than not, it’s better anyways.
